Audra Miller, LPC, IMH-E®, has been practicing therapy since 2012. She is a native of Tulsa, and a graduate of Oklahoma State’s Community Counseling Master’s program. She is endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist by The Oklahoma Association of Infant Mental Health and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Over the past decade, Audra worked to support and empower families impacted by domestic violence, child abuse, and trauma in community mental health settings. Much of this time was dedicated to the needs of young children and their caregivers. Audra’s experience working with families in complex situations has provided her with a firm foundation to support people, at any age, looking for help managing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, life changes, and relationship struggles.
Audra’s approach to therapy is kind, light-hearted, and flexible. She is trained in EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting®, and is knowledgeable in supporting the unique mental health needs of the perinatal population. Audra also provides Reflective Supervision and Consultation for professionals interested in Endorsement® or professional growth.
In her free time, Audra enjoys spending time with friends, family, her partner, their pet rabbits, and their Golden Retriever, Rosie Cottontail. Audra’s values include humor, creativity, inclusion, advocacy, curiosity, benevolence, and rest.
